Based on our company motto of "Sincerity," "Study," and "Originality," we aim to be a company that can think together with our customers about their problems, provide valuable proposals to resolve their issues, and realize solutions, with our "Customer First," "Integrated Production System," and "Customization" principles.
Since our founding in 1963, we have grown thanks to the patronage of our customers, with our corporate culture based on our company maxims of "Sincerity," "Study," and "Originality," and with an integrated system that covers everything from design to production, quality and environmental management, and sales. Currently, we are challenging ourselves to develop new fields and overseas markets.
The environment surrounding Japan is characterized by a declining birthrate and aging population, labor shortages due to the declining population, and labor issues such as problems with finding successors for small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as concerns about a shrinking market in the future.
There will always be difficult times in any era, but I believe that if people grasp the situation, analyze it, devise strategies, and work toward goals with enthusiasm, they will be able to overcome them and grow.
In the future, we plan to further expand our integrated system, which is one of our company's characteristics, both domestically and overseas, and, while naturally putting quality first, proactively propose product development to our customers, so as to ensure their satisfaction.
Furthermore, as the globalization of the economy continues to progress, we intend to pool the collective strength of our group to serve our customers overseas as well.
